Virginia - Ellwood House - Chancellorsville - 20081013

The Ellwood house is most famous as the burial spot for Stonewall Jackson's arm. Jackson's arm had to be amputated after he was shot at the Wilderness battle. There is much more history to this house. It is now a part of our National Park system and is open for tours. Ellwood is part of Wilderness and Chancellorsville National Battlefield Park.
