This was my first real day of shooting with the new Pentax k10D. I had no idea what to expect out of it. These pictures were taken mostly to start learning the camera. Cowpens battlefield is located near Gaffney, South Carolina. It is the site of a revolutionary war battle which was won by the patriots.
